The Mass Fintech Hub Mentoring program
The Mass Fintech Hub Mentoring program is focused on connecting Students with the Financial Industry and Fintech Leaders to help them advance and accelerate their career goals.
A Mentor/Mentee matching process
A matching process to pair together the right mentor with the right mentee based on both their goals and learning objectives.
Training on the fundamentals of being a great Mentor and Mentee
All Mentors and Mentees will have an initial bootcamp and be teamed with a cohort of fellow mentors/mentees to learn and help each other.
Monthly and Ad hoc check points with the Mentor Pairs
Check points to help coach and assist mentors and mentees all along the way in the program.
Monthly Networking Workshops and Events
There will be a monthly event on a learning topic and workshop for Mentors and Mentees. There will also be fun social/networking events, Fintech guest speakers, and self-improvement/career development workshops.
